Crowne Plaza - Chicago West Loop, an IHG Hotel

The room was large, with both a desk and a small couch, plus two beds. The was a coffee maker and small refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable, with lots of pillows. The curtain blocked the light and the glass doors blocked the sounds of traffic. The bath was very nice and essentials (soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) plus plenty of towels were supplied. There was a microwave available by the elevator. The building has good security and the staff are both friendly and helpful.

Parking was easy. Rye Deli + Drink was excellent. Nice balcony. Very clean and comfortable. Our bathroom door was broken and someone came up right away to fix it.

Room was comfortable, even though we had a corner room on the 10th floor near I90, it was well insulated and quiet.

Bed was very comfortable, our room had a balcony and was spaced comfortably away from other room balconies. Quiet hotel, no trouble with hearing guests next door to us or anything. Parking garage was RIGHT there and spaces were specific for hotel guests only. Check-in and check-out were very easy as well.

The hotel was so close to everything - we were able to walk to almost all the places downtown we wanted to visit. The staff was also very nice.
